Achieving BREEAM standards involves complying with rigorous eco-friendly development practices from the inception of a project, through to completion.
At Villiers Square, we aim to achieve BREEAM ‘Very Good’ accreditation, signifying our firm commitment to reducing our environmental impact while enhancing building efficiency and occupant comfort — a gold standard only 25% of buildings assessed have attained.
In targeting BREEAM accreditation, our eco-friendly design has been carefully constructed to minimise environmental impact, from energy-efficient systems to water conservation.
